You can choose your prefered cut and breed from the onsite dry-aging room—we recommend the 30-day dry-aged, smoky charcoal grilled T-bone steak (B320/100g), the juicy wagyu beef burger with blue cheese (B420), or the tender beef short ribs braised and simmered for 72 hours in a green curry soup (B260).

 Fishing-inspired elements dot the blondwood and Sino-Portuguese tiled dining room, while outside the leafy garden is perfect for chilled-out evenings.
